HONEY BEE NAVIGATION

The movie below was made in November 2007 at 4pm.  It shows a worker bee in the school observation hive directing others to a source of nectar, by doing a waggle dance.  You may spot another bee at the top right corner of the frame doing the same waggle dance.
In which direction are they advising the other workers to fly?

Background:

1    At noon New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) the sun is above the 180o line of longitude.
      Palmerston North is at 175o longitude so the sun is still to the east and rising towards our meridian at this time.

2    The Earth turns 360o per 24 hours, which is 15o in one hour.

3    New Zealand summer time is an hour later than NZST.
